Provides once monthly, first-come, first-served make-over services in hygiene via a rear walk-

up, walk-

through mobile vehicle unit where stations within enable a shower, donated jogging

suit or jeans and a T-

shirt, minor dental care, hair wash & cuts, nail trimming, finally a photo

after shot is taken and the party

departs the from of the mobile unit.

Database maintaining before and after photo report on subject, feedback from

community and

agencies indigent come in contact with.

Rewind and Rewire (R ‘n R) (Phase III)
Education, Fine Arts, Art

Assess exposure to the arts. Introduce genres of music, theatre, dance, visual and palate art,

which will

create an appreciation and knowledge of alternative ways to view and react to

experiences, and potentially

revert away from those, which after self-assessment, do not

create pleasing effects.

Connects homeless w/ community so that the homeless develop a sense of purpose, skills,

and worth

while also enabling them to have a worthwhile place to go and participate during
